Comments:    The Jordans have been truly blessed. Mick and I will celebrate our 39th anniversary June 20th. She could have done no worse and I could have done no better. Our health is good and we remain very active. Our first grandchild is enjoying all the benefits of grandparents spoil grandchild Phase 1. Lubbock has been our home since 1994 and I just completed my 32nd year in the banking business. Our first job after graduating from WT in '73 was in Gainesville TX which was quite an adjustment for 2 kids from West Texas. My first banking job was in Breckenridge TX. where we lived from 1975 until 1986 when I accepted the Presidency of First National Bank of Olney. Olney was a wonderful community but a banking opportunity and family health issues brought us to Lubbock in 1994. I have always enjoyed hunting and after our youngest son graduated from High School I started raising and training bird dogs. That has now become one of my true enjoyments. Mick and I travel nearly every weekend to field trials all over the country in the spring and fall and I stay busy guiding and hunting November to February. I have been blessed to have raised and handled some NSTRA Champions and have meet some wonderful people in the process. Great exercise and good to walk behind a good bird dog in the afternoons after being with people all day. I am the 2009 Chairman of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and that has kept us very busy this year. Both of our sons make Lubbock home and that is a blessing to us.

Favorite "Growing Up Pampa" Memories:    Cutting doughnuts in the snow on the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. Watching Jim Hollis drain a long jumper to win a ball game. Seeing Raquel Welch on the movie screen for the first time at the Lindsey theatre. Making the drag on 18 cent gas. Collecting the paper mugs all summer from the A&W Drive-in. Being in a yearbook picture with Pam Martin. Cooney Island hot dogs. Driving to Liberal Kansas with a car load of buddies to drink a beer.

Worst High School Memory:    Jim Royce

What do you like to do in your spare time?    What spare time? I thought chasing 2 hairy legged boys was time consuming. Mickey and I have something going nearly every night. Old saying but a good one. If I had known grandkids were this much fun I would of had them first.

Do you still see/talk to/hang out with any classmates? Who?    Bob Marc to get caught up on all the latest. There are lots of Pampa grads in Lubbock. Steve Sypert, Johnny Epperson from our class. Old guys like Scott Osborne and Rick Stewart.

Update us on your siblings or parents that we might have known...    Sister Retha, class of 72, has lived in Port LaVaca TX since graduating from Stepen F. Austin. Many of you see little brother Hank, class of '77, quite often. He is the E-Z Golf Cart man for West Texas and lives in Lubbock. He marrried Regina Benischek from the Class of 78.

Comments?    Sorry we are not making the reunion but would love to hear from each of you. If you get lost and wind up in Lubbock give me a call.

Randy Jordan, so glad you're here! I didn't realize you were in Lubbock. I've been living here almost 2 years and really love it. Great place to live. I know you are enjoying that little guy? Want to share him? My grandkids aren't babies any more! LOL!

Since ya'll aren't making the Reunion (please change your mind, it's not too late), we should get together some time.
